Andrew Johnson. He personally dismantled Reconstruction and helped the Southerners introduced a nouveau slavery ( cotton tenants) in the south. He discouraged African Americans from voting. He's the worst of the worst beside Andrew Jackson who massacred Creeks, Cherokess and Chickasaws

Tie between all of them that decided it was ok to expand the scope of the federal gov't to the point where the states were essentially neutered or willingly destroyed the lives of others for personal gain.

Bush, both of them
Clinton
FDR
Nixon
Polk
Lincoln
Carter
Reagan
Grant
Truman
Eisenhower
___

Everyone of these people did great things. I just think that their focus on federal power or national expansion makes them among our worst, still puts them far above most other leaders in history. We've had a great run thus far, but the decline of personal freedom via a powerful local gov't is disgusting.

I disagree that Nixon was the best and I am not sure who I would classify as the best, BUT I CAN say without a doubt Obama is the worst by far and he is even finished in the destruction he is causing yet. .
