Hi Mr. Bush,

I know you will be reading this as you sit in the opulent surrounds of your lounge in AIRFORCE 1 as it jets towards Australia.

You will no doubt be pleased to know that you have ruined Sydney with your paranoid request for a 5km fence to be erected through the middle of the city. It's not quite the Berlin Wall, but if you lean on our spineless Prime Minister a little harder, he may just build one for you.

You will also be delighted to hear that our military are bearing arms in the street. This is something that has never happened in peacetime in our country before.

Oh, and by the way... here's the kicker. There are 30 prison buses standing by to cart away anybody who dares voice their opposition to your visit.

I am so glad you are coming. It will remind and reinforce to all of us what a great democracy we live in.

Have you ever thought of implementing all of these measures in your own country? I'm sure your citizens would love it as much as we do

Ozbe, he says himself we are one of the US, greatest allies. Our country still has troops in his pathetic war in the middle east. He is paranoid.

OMG.. 14 answers so far and still not 1 good one. Who cares if the US is the most powerful country in the world. Why does this country then have such a MORON as it's head of state? Surely the US at least has a responsibility to elect someone who is at least literate.

If having a US president in Australia means we have to put up with all this jack-boot security rubbish because we have the gaul to ...BE HERE!!.....in our own country.........then I would be very pleased indeed if he would stay the heck away!!

And all those who say "deal with it". I tell you now........I Am Australian and I will NOT "deal" with being treated like a criminal in my own country for no good reason. I will NOT be denied access to parts of my own country. I will NOT be denied my rights because of some overseas visitor.

This Is AUSTRALIA.......and we do NOT "deal with"....this nonsense!! Our Prime Minister is about to find out what the people of this country feel about the way we have been subjucated by the presence of George Bush and company. In a month or so, he will get kicked so far out of office he will have to catch a space shuttle ride to get back home.

We really are a free country and I will fight with everything I can if anyone tries to take that away from me!!!!!!!!!!!!

How dare you people tell us we have to "deal with it!"

You "deal with it", you are obviously used to being treated like that but I am not used to it and I am NOT going to get used to it!
You "deal with it" and leave the rest of us alone.

We are certainly in the opposite condition that Plato describes in the Republic for the ideal city.

"Unless philosophers become kings in their cities, I replied, or those now called kings and potentates legitimately and sufficiently come to love wisdom; unless political power and philosophy coincide in the same person, while the many natures which now proceed separately, each apart from the other, are of necessity prevented, there can be no surcease from evils...."

We have a man in office who thinks he has been divinely appointed. He does not understand our constitution and its division of powers. How do I know this? He is on record as having said that it would be easier to rule as a tyrant. The easier is obviously the better and he strives to attain the better as every man will. He is doing what he thinks is best, but not what he wishes and cannot understand why he fails. It is a sad time for the country and the world.

Did you have a question, or are you enjoying 20 Questions? And is this actual a question or a rant? This has been ranted approximately for 2 billion years now. would not it ever get previous for you? So, on your good question, the 2007 federal value variety grew to become into $2,770 billion. And Bush needs $60 billion. that's 2%. not precisely earth-shaking interior the grand scheme of issues. Congress WASTES extra effective than that on crucifixes in jars of shít or bridges in Alaska for polar bears. particular, we've been greeted as Liberators, as quickly as we've been given rid of the dictator they did not like. and then they have been given mad while they could not put in their very own puppy dictator as a substitute. And OPEC is extra effective than basically Iraq. OPEC is taking section in the intense income from squeezing production. you think of basically because of the fact somebody else takes the White homestead that OPEC is going to declare. "Oh YAY! permit's improve our production and initiate up dropping all our income now..."? yet like I reported approximately share of the fee variety, what number barrels of oil consistent with day are imported to the U.S. and what style of that's 3 hundred,000 barrels an afternoon? so a great way as i'm worried, Jimmy Carter would desire to be shot for Federal Stupidity in springing up a branch of training because of the fact that's for sure been a waste of money the place you're worried.

Of course it is our responsibility to provide proper security for the leaders of other countries when they visit us, but why do we need to adopt a fortress mentality for just one man?
It is because his policies have created the sort of world that none of us want. He reacts to the slightest problem with extreme violence which causes misery and suffering to innocent people. No wonder he is met with massive demonstrations where ever he goes.
Without his presence at APEC security would have been at a reasonable level. Something like that required for the Chinese President in Perth. Can you imagine what that would have been like if it was Bush calling in?

Bush's handlers will not allow him to be seen at any time in the presence of anyone who does not support him. In a city inoutside the US, this probably calls for a near-evacuation.

They have been doing this for a long time in the US. They eject people who wear t-shirts saying PEACE, here in the US, "because of security".

Bush has been abusing security for a long time - it may become his Legacy.

What gives him the right to do anything. He came to power through a power grab with the help of his dad's friends. He is not even legally elected by a majority of the voters.

as an american who voted for bush, i am truly sorry. i am sorry to every person in iraq. every person around the world that is touched in any way by my president i voted for. he is a liar, cheater, muderer. no better than hitler himself. this is my honest view. as bad as you see it in australia, imagine how it will be here one day in the event of another attack and buch declares martial law and suspends elections. it kills me to say it but i see today's amerika comparable to nazi germany. hell you can just look at the german names in the bush administration and get chills. homeland? never has that term been used in america, but this is amerika now. 'homeland" came directly from nazi germany. please check out this page. this is how america died. http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AiGtwojf8th19umjE_hcAcvty6IX?qid=20070903115624AAxv7K7

President Bush thinks that his job gives him the power of a Supreme Being ( of which I know of only One) and that gives him absolute power over all.

Mr. Bush is the President of the United States, the most powerful country in the world. He can do no wrong. This is his sad belief. Remember this, What shall we then say to these things? If GOD be for us, who can be against us? - Romans 8:31. The Lord daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah. - Psalm 68:19. Peace, Love and God Bless.

It's amazing--half the time President Bush is accused of being too stupid to do anything right, and now he's not only President of the US--he runs Australia as well!! The man is a wizard--well done, George.
