some people dont have pregnancy symptoms untill the second or third month into their pregnancy. usually the first sign of pregnancy is a missed period but a number of other things could also make you miss your period. change in diet, exercise, and stress are some of them. most of the time it is pregnancy but you would have to take a pregnancy test to be sure. if you have missed a period then it means that your body has already produced enough HCG to stop ovulation meaning it will show pos results on a home pregnancy test. if you chose to take a home test make sure that you use the first urine of the morning or wait at least 4 hours in between bathroom trips before taking the test. also do not drink a lot of liquids to make your self "go" .... good luck and i hope you get what you want!

It could, but it could also be a host of other issues. You should go to planned parent hood and take a free pregnancy test if you dont have the money to purchase an at home one. IF that test comes up negative, you should make a doctors appointment as soon as possible to make sure that everything is okay with your cycle and uterus. Youre only a week late, so it really could be a lot of different things, but you need to somehow take a pregnancy test and go from there

Missed periods don't always indicate pregnancy. Take a pregnancy test for sure. If you are not pregnant and your periods are regular, then I think it's best to consult a doctor.

May be.
See a doctor.
Go to a pharmacy near you and get a "at home pregnancy test kit", read the instruction before buying it . There may be a few, buy the one that you are comfortable with.
Or run to a doctor, to have yourself examined by a gynaecologist.

Could very well be, but not necessarily. Other symptoms to look for...breast tenderness, increased vaginal discharge, cramps, slight nausea. Your not that late, but take a home pregnancy test, its the only way to find out.

Have you had sex? If the answer is no, you're paranoid. If the answer is yes, go get a pregnancy test and find out. Start planning for diaper money.

You have not mentioned about intercourse. Without intercourse possibility of getting pregnant is remote.
