No, but I did always think that a maturity test, extreme political bias exam, and intelligence reviews should be made for people using bulletins and Yahoo answers

No IQ test It's like prohibiting sinners from Church. The Churches would be vacant. You don't want to do it because we all are sinners. Just as we all have a little ignorance. Maybe someone's eyes will be opened a little and they might learn something. Aside from all the evil and lies on the internet, there is also good and truth. Let us not discard the baby with the bathwater.
