Something different, look for the companies that sell adventures, like driving a Ferrari around a race-track, or hot air ballooning (which I think is pretty safe, regardless of the recent incident).
There are courses for learning to drive offensively/defensively, crazy stuff like J-Turns, and such, think of what you'd like to do, and never have, then go do it.
Of course, now that your old enough to drink, you could buy a nice single malted, and enjoy that. (Pandering for points...shameless aren't I.)

What do you want? That is what I usually get. There is usually always something I have been wanting or waitng to get and that is usually what I get when my birthday rolls around.
