What doctor should she see?

Her regular doctor or her gynecologist should be her 1st step. They will refer her from there for testing and possibly a biopsy.

Her first stop should be her regular Doctor who can give her a referal to a Breast specialist.

It is most likely a cyst as they hurt. And are so common. Cancerous tumours don't hurt. But I am not examining her.

The Doctor's always take it seriously as it's a terrifying thing for any woman to find. Cancerous or not.

I have had them myself and understand the fear.

She can see any doctor. She should see her regular doctor if she has one. Typically what I have heard is if the lump hurts it is not cancerous. She should still have it looked at though. Best Wishes -s

She should see her family doctor and explain what and where the lump is. He/she can then contact the proper doctor from there.

Start with a GP and see where the GP will send you. There are a number of factors that will determine where she goes.

her Gynocolgist is the first stop...s/he will feel the lump and order the needed tests.
