I have no seen any evidence he exists. I am not asking for proof, just evidence. So far, I have not seen any evidence that the universe could not have existed forever, just as some say God has, or that these things, that the same people say prove that God does exist, could not have eventually over eons of time, evolved.

I don't say that is for certain the way it happened, but I see no evidence that it happened in any of the ways those who believe in God claim. Which brings me to another point, if we are to believe in God, whose God.

The idea that all who worship a god, worship the same god, is ignorance, to say the least; and, it is also arrogance to think that we, of the Western World, are the ones with all the answers, the one who God chose to reveal himself to, overlooking all the rest of His "children."

At any rate, I don't have to prove anything. Since it is impossible to prove a negative, the burden of proof is upon those who are making the positive claim that there is a God.

I also think that, if I am wrong, and there is a God, He is probably not the beneviolent being so many claim. The world He is supposed to have created, and I am not talking about human beings, I am talking about nature and the ways things work in it, this creation of his is a brutal and immoral thing, a world where only the strongest survive and we all have to eat living things, and that's got to hurt, to live.

I can see evolution creating such a world, but not a benevolent God

I do believe in God... I guess because I feel like there is something greater than us and this whole universe. I can't really explain it. It's just a feeling I have.
I realize that I may get a thumbs down for saying I believe in God but I though I should be truthful.

The task is not to find GOD for God is everywhere.
In the trees, grass, ground, buildings, you and I, everywhere.
In all things.
Your task is to find yourself.

Not the one from the bible. The judgemental racist sexist homophobic one. I believe in the other one, you know, the love, compassion and forgiveness one.
