Its a long story and too complicated to answer here. However i can refer you to a Discovery- Chanel Biographic movie of Hitler and from that one may draw some understanding of the many reasons why Hitler came to hate the jews

There were some possible minor reasons but mostly Hitler believed that the Jews were taking away the top jobs and educational opportunities from the German people. The Nazis also believed that the Jews were inferior and not human.

He saw them as an inferior race, taking up jobs that would otherwise have gone to "good" Germans. Something like that. The whole story is way complicated, though, but I can say this with some confidence - he thought he was completely justified in what he did to the Jews in the concentration camps; that's what is so sick about the whole thing.

Not a simple question to answer, and there are many theories. One could say it was for reasons of scapegoating Germany's failure during WWI and its subsequent economic struggle following the war.
However, for a more intimate explanation of why Hitler hated the Jews you should read Mein Kampf
especially the chapter on Nation and Race. http://www.hitler.org/writings/Mein_Kampf/

When HItler was young and went out on his own to Vienna, he was stupid and penniless. He sat in the gutters and watched well-to-do Jewish people walk past him. It was envy.
