Absolutely NOT!
I've been looking at this plan for many years now.

The London Sunday Times of April 16th 1995 reported that:

“The next computer you buy may be the last one you will need. In future scientists want to insert electronic chips into our heads so we can plug directly into the information superhighway. British researchers are among international teams working on an implant to translate human thought into computer language. In a generation, one group says, people with a peppercorn-sized chip in the back of the neck will be able to talk to machines.”

Dr Sanders, summer 1994:
“I was at one meeting where it was discussed: ‘How can you control people if you can’t identify them?’ People like Henry Kissinger and CIA folk attended these meetings. It was discussed: ‘How do you make people aware the need for something like this chip?’ All of a sudden the idea came: ‘Let make them aware of lost children, etc.’

this was written around the same time:

"The plan now is to divide and destabilize societies with terrorism and economic upheaval to dupe their collective minds allowing what is left of basic freedoms to be destroyed. "

The Veri-Chip corporation already has the chip for human implant. Its the same company that chips your pets. If you want you can sign up for it right now, its available and ready to go. Its the size of a grain of rice and it goes under your arm in the Triceps area.

Please note the "lost children" advert and compare to the Dr Sanders quote from 13 years ago.

If your not paranoid, you're not paying attention.

It will not happen/ They already have the ability to find out exactly what they want about you. What do you think ASIO is for?
