Ghost, right at the end.
Let him have it, the Derek Bentley story.

Ahem. Before I damage my macho image here, I must point out that it is okay for a real man to have feelings. So:-
The original 3 Lassie films, every time - the homecoming in the first, the murder of the peddlars little dog in the second, the wounding of Lassie in the third.
The ending of Son of Kong.
The original Incredible Journey homecoming and the bit where the cat faces off to the bear, every time.
The death of Baloo in the Disney Jungle Book, every time.
The death of Boromir in Fellowship of the Ring.
The bit with the deaf girl in the Attenborough Miracle on 34th Street.
And the end of Titanic.
In fact I am going to have to stop remembering now, as I am getting tearful sat here. I appear to be a sucker for kids, animals and doomed heroes refusing to give up. Never been sad for a gun user though, guns and bombs are for cowards and who really cares about them?
Cheers, Steve.

The scene at the end of Schindler's List, where the real people are visiting the tomb of Schindler always gets me. I figure it's not the scene itself, but the music by John Williams. Also the scene at the end of Titanic, where she appears young again metting all the people who died in Titanic, and they all applaud her. I guess it's a dream she's having. I don't like to think this is happening because old Rose died or something.

This is a little embarrassing, but "Homeward Bound" gets me every time. My children love that movie, so I've seen it several times, yet, I always cry at the end when the dogs and cat make it home. Every time we watch it I swear to myself that I will not cry this time, but I'm blubbering by the end without fail. I don't know why I can't keep myself from crying; it's not like I don't know what's going to happen...sigh.

Depends on if you are asking for a girl or guy.
Girls- Titanic ( I agree)
Notebook
Really, I think anything to do with love or babies should do the trick.
Guys-
The Rookie
Rudy
And anything sports related.
Dont act like you haven't cried during any of these.
