A film critic has to have a good writing style and be able to evaluate a wide range of films, not just thier favourite genre. Not so many people have both of those qualities.

That's why I like film critics like Jonathon Ross as opposed to Paul Ross because jonathon will not slag a film off, he'll just point out the best bits which quite frankly is the reason for him earning £80,000,000 more than his brother (ahem), I also like Barry Normans taste in films.

I'd love to work as a film reviewer, getting payed for watching films, great job.

but yeah i agree, its only their opinion, like the review on Rush Hour 3, i read it and it said it wasn't all that good, but then i went to see it and it was hilarious! just don't read them if you won't agree with them.
