What are the best cleansing solutions to use on aluminium siding?

I am using a pressure washer but it doesn't seem to be enough to get the white oxidization off the siding. Is there a cleanser that anyone can recommend that will not ruin the pain but yet be strong enough to clean the siding as well as the aluminium gutters?

I am not sure about aluminum but I do know that on cars the oxidizing needs to be rubbed off. Elbow grease. YIKES.
