is it bad If i act on impulse?

Hi,
Depends what you are doing. If you are making an impulse decision to buy an expensive car, it might give you difficulties in the future. I think if the impulsive decision is a small one and can't have serious consequences for your life and wellbeing, it probably isn't bad. If you make an impulsive decision that can haunt you for the rest of your life, it might be better not to act on impulse.
However, acting on impulse can give some excitement to your life.

Not always...is impulse an accurate measurement of the truth or reality? In some cases yes, so count on your intelligence to proceed.

Yes it is very bad. You are going to get hurt or regret 9 out of 10 times.
