Dude, everyone is telling you what horrible things that will happen when you mom and friend find out.
It's simple, don't let them find out.
Your getting regular, good sex from an experienced woman with no strings attached.
How many other 16 yr olds can say that?
Yes, she doesn't want you to say anything, of course not, but as long as you don't and she doesn't, you and her can have a lot of fun, and no one gets hurt.
One person here said you should look for girls your own age.
If you do, you will find that sex with the 16 yr old won't be very good, because she doesn't have a clue what she is doing, or be willing to do what the 36 yr old does.
So just keep your mouth shut, and take advantage of the situation as long as you can.
If no one finds out, no one gets hurt or mad.

DON'T listen to the guy that said go for it. Look you have to tell your mom. Sure it would be weird but dude you have to. As much as you agree to it she's in the wrong and she can get charged. That's the only reason why she's telling you not to say anything. Don't continue this.
Firstly your mom will get mad if you tell her.
Secondly your friend and his family will get mad.
Thirdly what she's doing is rape..even if you do consent to it.
There is a law that states if a boy/girl is younger than a person by 3 years and even if they consent to sex with the person its RAPE!

Your moms is going to freak out once she finds out. Which is going to end what they have. Not to mention someone could be looking at jail time. Your friend is going to want to fight you to take back his mother's pride.
What's down the road should be more important than what's happening now. I should know. I was where you're at once in my life. She was 45 and I was 15. It was wonderful to have an older women, just that the risk were way too many.
