Most "starter kits" for polymer clay aren't all that great a bargain, and may well contain things you don't need or could get around the house for nothing (or buy for less).

You don't say what *type* of accessories you want to make from polymer clay --do you mean accessories like "jewelry"?-- but even if if were "just jewelry," there are so many different polymer techniques you can use for making beads, etc., that different tools and materials could be helpful.

At the very least, you'd need:
clay
work surface
oven
baking surface
toothpick
blade

There are other tools and materials that you might well want to have though, and a pasta machine would really be advised unless you want only to make miniature "sculpts" and things like that, with solid colors.

You might want to check out these pages at my polymer clay "encyclopedia" website for a good list of "beginner" tools, and/or what you might substitute:
http://glassattic.com/polymer/tools_Dremels_worksurfaces.htm
(...click at least on BEGINNER TOOLS and WORK SURFACES...)
http://glassattic.com/polymer/cutters-blades.htm
(... click on BLADES...)

On this page, check out OVENS and BAKING SURFACES:
http://glassattic.com/polymer/baking.htm

For clay and other mail order or retail supplies in general, look on this page:
http://glassattic.com/polymer/supplysources.htm
(... click on Mail Order > NON-USA for both retail places in the Philippines and nearby mail order places...)

For the other "basics" of working with polymer clay, plus all the individual things you can do with it, check out the Table of Contents page of my site:
http://glassattic.com/polymer/contents.htm
(... when you find a category page you're especially interested in, go to it from the alphabetical navigation bar on the left side.... you might be especially interested in the pages called:

Beads
Beads-Holes
Jewelry
Pendants & Cording
Kids-Beginners

here are a few links to get you started. I now saw that last time I was at Michael's (maybe hobby lobby) They have more supplies for polymer clay. the most important tool you can have is a pasta machine, which will cost you about 30 dollars, but will be the best piece of equipment you will ever buy
