I usually get the glazed or cake donuts with frosting and sprinkles. Those Hostess Cream filled cupcakes are good tho.

I don't eat cream filled donuts.
I will create them time and time again, but for me; the joy is not in the eating of the cream but in the artistry of the donut itself.
