I don't like too much spices.
In Greece, we have some very wonderful herbs that give excellent aroma and taste to any food. I use them a lot.

Yes the herbs & spices is like an art . You have to use the right one for the right dish to create a mastertpiece.

My favorite are the ones I grow right here in my backyard..

Thyme, Basil, Parsley, Summer Savory, Rosemary, Rocket, Coriander.... my cooking is NEVER boring!
