Easy as pie just pull off a piece and stick it in a mix of river sand and peat or just sand and keep it moist but not wet in a well lit spot and you should have no worries!!!

I am going along with the answer to root in water. I stick the broke off limbs in a jug of water and in a few days ,roots will grow all up and down the stalk. Then plant in soil. I have even left limbs in water all through the winter in my green house, and then planted in the spring in the dirt. I have alot of different colors. I have never heard them called a flapjack plant before. I heard one time they were thinking of making it an official xmas plant like the poinsettas.

Yes; just don't try to root them in water. Instead, get a packet of rooting hormone; dip the cut end of the cutting in the powder, and press it into a pot of moist potting soil of the sort that is intended for succulents. Keep the cutting in plenty of light and warmth, and in a few weeks, you should have a new kalanchoe plant.

You can take any of the single lobes/leaves off the plant and stick them directly into your potting medium about half-way. They should grow roots and become baby jade plants in a couple of months. Very easy to propogate.
