They broke up several years ago. They are currently doing shows together, but as far as I know they are not actually reunited.

RATM broke up in 2000, but had a reunion this year. As to whether that is permanent or not isn't clear. They've completed the tour they were on (rock the bells), but have Vegoose to do in October, and there are rumours that they may even have stuff in December this year. Morello has said there are no plans to release another album, but several music guides including the all music guide claim that one IS going to be released.

Although they have gotten back together to perform select gigs, they have already gone on record to say that they have no plans to record new material. As far as I am concerned, this appears to be a cash grab which is very ironic for a group with such strong Socialist ideology.
I checked allmusic.com and see no such plans for any new album. Wishful thinking.
