Anything by Mozart, I think is the best. Pure genius.
Fantasia in D minor
Turkish March
Sonata k. 545
piano concerto no. 20
concerto for 2 pianos and orchestra
concerto no. 23 for piano and orchestra
Those are only a few. There are a million more beautiful ones. [=

Also, Moonlight Sonata, Fur Elise, pathetique Sonata etc. Those are very good piano pieces by Beethoven.

Clair De Lune by Debussy is amazing also.

Hmm....
Oh, I just heard piano concerto no. 2 by Rachmaninov and it is so good.

And I can't forget Pachelbel's Canon in D. It is beautiful.

Like aeroman above I am a fan of Beethoven's 4th Piano Concerto. It is perhaps some of Beethovens finest work.

Chopin's f minor Ballade, especially when performed by Arturo Rubenstein.

There is also a piece by Poulenc (that's a bit of a sleeper) called "Melancholie" that haunts me.

I love to play 'Toccata et Fuga' by JS Bach. Just the pure dynamics and feel of the song.
