ok, so far, tyvm for your answers, but you dont quite understand....i am 45yo, she is 49yo, we are both VERY experianced, sexually, it is great for me, all the time, but you really do not understand what i mean about what it takes for me to "get her off", like 3 different, ummm, "things" at the same time! AND, as i said, she does not help me at ALL!

well...women can have 3 kinds of orgasms - clitoral (the strongest one), vaginal (which are pretty week for me) and anal (dont know and dont want to know).
First clitoral one - i was 22 and just got a vibrator (Jack Rabbit) and discovered what clitoral orgasms are.
Vaginal - probably at 21 -rough sex with a guy who had big ****
For me personally - i can get clitoral one only by myself and it takes a long time - 15-35min and each next one (if i continue) takes less time
No matter what my partner does i cant have clitoral orgasm with him or by him, I can have plenty of vaginal ones - all i need is a big ****, he doesnt even have to know what to do with it (i know most of women dont have it this way, but im not most women:-)

ok, i will give an answer directly about your problem with your gf... medically speaking, your gf is in a stage of her life wherein she's nearing menopause. try to ask her if shes having hot flashes or is there an irregularity of her menstruation? this period, a pre-menopausal stage, many changes occur within her body. im sure she did experience having orgasm before (assumption), and this time it takes her with so much effort to come... well, at her stage, there is less lubrication in there and maybe there is lessened sensation. did you even try asking her what needs to be done for her to come? sometimes you men have the difficulty of asking us women what we really want... maybe you are touching the wrong spot... or maybe you just need to really know what she wants... at least you are concerned and wants her to really feel the pleasure that you are receiving... dont give up... try to talk it out with her... and mind you, maybe she is also embarrassed about it... pls dont pressure her... be gentle.

1) Age 12; 2) Alone; 3) No.

Try reading "ESO: Extended Sexual Orgasm." It will tell you how to help her have an orgasm, and how to make sex better for you, too, and it will increase your communication as well. Great book!

When I had one. It was not alone. It does take time and is not easy. Especially, if you don't get any help from her it will be more difficult.

You can be told everything about them but until you actually have one you have no idea! Takes every girl ages, just be patient and she'll appreciate you soooooo much!!
