When NASA revels its latest reports on Global Warming Gore is going to be very upset. Global Warming does exist however, humans do not affect it or carbon monoxide .It caused by Water Vapors. .It is not really a scam but Gore tried to use it for political gain. His argument that the earth is getting hotter setting records fell apart when research showed 1934 was the hottest year on record and of the last 15 hottest years more then half where before Global warming was announced. It's ludicrous to be concerned about it because there is absolutely nothing that can be done to change it in any way It will have little to no effect on the earth in the next Thousand years. Your concern should be the threat of Terrorist starting a nuclear war against the USA. Take the time to do honest research you will see now is not the time to have a Liberal Democrat as President!

Heck no! Even those who try to raise this problem into our ignorant eyes aren't doing anything. Take Al Gore for example: in the past few years he has been struggling to warn international Governments about this phenomenon and yet he continued to appear in luxury Lincoln limos "eating" 10s of gallons per a hundred miles. That's just hypocrisy as far as I am concerned.

Nevertheless, we should all give a damn about global warming 'cause, at the end of the day, it's us who are being boiled not some green flea on Pluto.

After all, sometimes I get the impression that it's just simply "fashionable" to care about global warming. The last thing we would need is a commercial with Paris Hilton stating "It's so hot in here... Save the Planet! By the way, my new album is out. I'm also out of prison!". We should give a damn...

No, we're not taking the threat nearly seriously enpugh. Scientists have determined that we have about a decade to start significantly reducing our greenhouse gas emissions. If we don't start to take action, it will be too late and we'll face catastrophic climate change.

Bush is indeed just paying the issue lip service. We need to elect a president in 2008 who will seriously address the issue, like John Edwards.

If you want a politician who's got good solid answers to deal with global warming without costing you a ton of money and perhaps saving you money. The the guy you want is Newt Gingrich. I know he screwed up his political carreer by being the figure head chasing Clinton down in the 90's. But he's a smart man with good ideas that will work. Regardless of what you think of him personally, he'd be a good leader. and if not that a cabinet post.

Global warming isn't a threat - it's already here.

I remember in the late 80's, scientists were warning about the health of the planet.

Leaders have come and gone and the fact that the green movement now has a huge ( and growing ) following, leaders are trying to jump on the band wagon to save their jobs.

Lip Service for sure.

There's more important things at the moment than global warming. War is breaking out all over the place and we should really sort that problem out first. If you did some research you will find that the planet is not as fuked up as you think it would be.

If you want to know what a sucker fish looks like, go find a mirror, because you've bought the hoopla, hook, line and sinker.

Finding an end to global warming is big money, and proving global warming does not exist is NO money.

And you folks complain about the evil corporations. You're funding them with your global warming fiction.

Too bad bush didn't start a war on global warming. To be honest though we don't have to be worried about this planet. The planet will take care of itself. That is what global warming is. Kinda like a planetary immune system. Unfortunately humas are the virus. How many catagory 5 hurricanes will we have before people stop saying that it's nothing. Next year we will be having catagory 6 hurricans. Denial is an ugly thing.

we are not taking it seriously but the industry is.

it will make many politicians and businessmen wealthy that take it serious.

I lived outside the U.S 7 years and could not believe how wasteful we are when observed how other countries conserve.

the average family throws away 60% of the fresh produce they buy
as well as consumes far more uneeded products that hardly ever get used
and that is beside the fact that we are the highest contributors
to the polution of the air .

we are the problem and our leaders need to address us because we care more about materialism than we do tomorrow
