It sounds like a criminal trial - am I correct? If so, it is extremely likely that the state of Oregon has judicial immunity and prosecutorial immunity so that if you sue either the DA or the judge, they will be dismissed because of their immunity from suit (at least in state court). In federal court, you may be able to sue for a violation of civil rights, but, assuming you are convicted, you will have to have your conviction overturned before you can sue. There is a US Supreme Court case (Heck vs. Humphrey) which discusses this in great detail.

I doubt if anyone would be interested in taking on a case involving governmental immunity and people on government paychecks for a contingency.
Pro Bono, MAYBE, but there isn't exactly a pot of gold at the end of a lawsuit against government and government employees.
I could be wrong, but I'm not.
