Ok, don't panic. There are little glands around your nipple which secrete a clear fluid which is designed to lubricate your nipples when breastfeeding. If you squeeze these little bumps, fluid will come out, although it's best not to in case you infect them! However - a lump the size of a pea should always be investigated, although the chances are high that it's nothing but a cyst. I know it's embarrassing, but your doctor being a female will help. She will be very matter-of-fact about this, and will also appreciate your maturity in getting this checked out. She will examine your breast, and will probably show you how to examine it yourself in future, and I know this sounds embarrassing, but she's seen this many, many times - and trust me, your 14 year old breasts will be in a lot better shape than many she's seen! Please don't worry, but please do get it checked out - it's always better to be safe than sorry, and it'll set your mind at rest.

Honestly, go to the GP, she has seen much worse and will probably just examine them, or maybe take some tests. If you ever get discharge again in the future go straight back to your GP and demand an appointment. But for the meantime, just tell your mum "Mum I think I need to have an appointment with the doctor." And she'll either say "Yes, OK I'll book it." or more likely "What's wrong?" and then you can say "Oh I'm just a bit worried, I have these lumps on my breasts, and like some discharge came out." Problem solved! You need to go to the GP - like I said before she's see much worse! Good Luck!

If there are any lumps on your breasts you need to go to the doctors quick smart to get that, and the discharge problem checked out. Your doctor has seen worse things in their profession than nipple discharge and lumps. Dont be silly. Your pride has nothing to do with it when it comes to getting your health in check. Get your priorities straight.

Because of your age - it is probably just cysts as your body starts changing. If you have started your periods and it is around your time to start then it could also be from that. All the same - it is best to get it checked out and if you have a female gp then she will be sympathetic to your embarrassment.

Forget pride, your health and wellbeing are more important. Try not to worry about it, but it is very important that you are examined by your doctor. If they think anything is wrong they can investigate further and get you the help you need. Alternatively, if they think there is nothing wrong, then your mind will be put at ease. It is important for a lot of people to be examined by a doctor of similar sex to themselves. Don't be embarrassed, and please don't wait any longer.
Good luck

What is breast enlargement?

According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, breast augmentation is the most commonly performed cosmetic surgical procedure in the United States. In 2006, 329,000 breast augmentation procedures were performed in the U.S. http://www.gordoniihoodia.net
There are two primary types of breast implants: saline-filled and silicone-gel-filled implants. Saline implants have a silicone elastomer shell filled with sterile saline liquid. Silicone gel implants have a silicone shell filled with a viscous silicone gel. There have been several alternative types of breast implants developed, such as polypropylene string or soy oil, but these are uncommon. http://www.enlargementt.com

You need to go to your doctor. Also, you might want to get your bras properly fitted. Do not skimp when it comes to buying good quality bras that give the girls the support they need. Your back and your girls will thank you ten years down the road.
