I would tell him that his behavior is a 'deal-breaker'. Explain to him that there are many shortcomings that you can deal with, but tardiness is not one that you take lightly.
You should also realize that men don't respect a woman that lets him get away with such transgressions. When a woman lets me do whatever I want, I quickly lose interest in her. A man is more attracted to a woman who is strong, and has standards that she will not comprimise. Stop wondering about him, and make him wonder about you.

I used to be one of those people who were late. Then I had a friend who was NEVER late and I came to rely on his dependability. Now, I'm a lot less likely to be late: I'm much better about it. I've known guys who are fine husbands but who were chronically late. I think it may come from some childhood fear of abandonment or something. Anyway, I don't know if it's a character flaw: I think people can be good people but always late. It just depends on whether you can put up with it or not. Is he good to you otherwise? Do you feel he respects you otherwise?
You can decide to make this into an issue of respect, or you can decide that he has other important qualities and you can put up with this. Just never schedule restaurant reservations and don't go to movies or plays with him. You can also say, after you've set a date and time, something like, "OK, if you say 7:00 p.m., what time should I actually expect you?" If he laughs and understands, then maybe you can still have a relationship.
I don't think this is about you, but I think you're making it about you.

well, i personally find it disrespectful to be complaining about him on a public forum instead of just telling him directly that you have a problem with it. Talk to him.
He's probably like some people I've met where they simply don't see it as a big deal, see his response and act accordingly to it. Leave or Stay. Also ask yourself if it's a big enough deal for you to waste your energy on being frustrated with.

it is honestly stressful and sophisticated because of the fact i don't prefer to apply the excuse of ways the WWE is using them (i.e.: Triple H working with Sheamus [to place over], Mid Card abilities not being "pushed", that's due as a results of WWE and not the wrestlers themselves [for the main section] and etc). Drew McIntyre -- i'm not keen on his, yet I expected him to do good issues. He become re-delivered into the WWE because of the fact the "chosen one". He have been given off on a warm start up and have been given some solid warmth for the period of his application with John Morrison and whilst he first gained his Intercontinental Championship. he's above good - solid on the mic, yet i comprehend that he components greater beneficial mic artwork. His in-ring skills is honestly above good - solid (very comparable to his mic artwork) and that i think of he can do slightly greater beneficial interior the hoop. heavily, he's a wrestler given a solid volume of time, yet he constantly looks to fall off flat and no one supplies him actual warmth or any reaction extremely. he's plenty greater beneficial than what he's showing suited now and he's one that i'm upset with, today.

Well, aren't you little miss perfect?
What I would do -
Call him every 10 minutes to find out where he is until he gets there...
One of two things is happening:
He is either just really deficient in time-keeping skills
or
He is testing you and seeing how long you will wait for him. (some people do that - it reflects low self esteem). Does it make him feel better that you are anxiously awaiting his arrival? Or does he seem scattered and busy when he pulls up?

I the same, and it's his problem. I mean he can"t tell you to come at that time and not turnup, or turn up late. It's rude and disrespectful. I stick with you 100%. you can't let him do that all the time. it's going to kill your nerves in the end. Talk to him, tell him that you don't care about the excuses but about him being beside you in time. or ask him explanation on why he's always late ?

i was always told that if you are important enough to someone...they won't be late...however...i have found over the last few years that there are some people who have no time sense...i think it has more to do with their own issues than anything else...i guess what i am saying is you need to look at other aspects of his life...if he is late across the board...he just may have issues with time...if not...look somewhere else because you are low on his priority scale...

i don't think that having people come to meet you on time is a high expectation at all, unless they have a very valid reason for doing so, other than that no. tell him that you don't like to wait anymore and that if he doesn't change you'll see someone else.

its not exactly our problem to expect others to be on time for you, even i expect others to be on dot as i happen to be.
but think for urself, are u just dating him falsely or do u really like him? see, if u love a person, u love and accept him/her with all their faults.
faults are there in all of us. even he wud be disliking some attitudes of yours.
if u like him, dont u like waiting for him? and then enjoy the moment of him coming after all that wait...
i agree that it should not be bounding on just you to keep waiting everytime...he shud also consider trying being on time. its no only in dating but for other appointmens also.
