First you will have to accept this narcissism takes a long time overcome. Knowing you have it and shaking hands with it is a big jump start.
I suggest reading books on one issue at a time that you want to deal with. If you were abusive or were abused, read about that topic. You have to be honest with yourself and call it like it is in order to break the intensely strong habit of hiding yourself.
Take meditation breaks to let yourself "surrender" and try to reach your inner eyes, because they are closed. Surrender and let yourself be powerless. It's soothing.

Shame is the consciousness or awareness of dishonor, disgrace, or condemnation. Genuine shame is associated with genuine dishonor, disgrace, or condemnation. False shame is associated with false condemnation as in the double-bind form of false shaming; "he brought what we did to him upon himself". Therapist John Bradshaw calls shame the "emotion that lets us know we are finite".
“Acceptance” of shame means developing and using coping strategies for. dealing with it.

What's wrong with porn? It's the only honesty in Hollywood. I tell you that I just want to look at titties, you tell me that you have a movie that shows lots of titties. Seems fair to me.
