Sometimes it feels like that to me. Some people think that you MUST use all caps or an exclamation point to be rude. But I've seen people do neither & still give rude, mean answers.

Oh yes, people don't have to ! OR SCREAM to be rude. There are rude and mean people who do neither.

I think alot of people get excited about their answers but don't take this personally, alot of people are excitable.
You seem like a sensitive person so try to ignore the idiots on here that are rude, there are plenty of good people here as well, focus on them...

Well not really you know because it depends upon your interpretation and understanding. plus if you have an arguement with this person maybe but if your relationship good then maybe not!!!

i think when people are rude they are yelling no matter what.
