Sure. Unlike some of the others responding here, I don't think what you've described is some mental disorder. C'mon! I've had thoughts keep me awake at night. Usually its something relating to a female and uncertainty. It usually lets up before too long.

It happens to me all the time. As a mother, daughter, sister and wife, I have periods where everyone is at me at the same time to do something for them or listen to them. I hate when I get a sensory overload.

Yes. I'm currently in one of those moments. It's causing me lots of stress, and I had a terrible nose bleed (which still hasn't competely gone away).
