Create a boot disk. If you know anyone with a windows 98 computer it can be done from the control panel. Use the disk to boot the computer. (check the bios settings are set to boot from the a drive.) Once the computer gets to the a: type in the command

format C:\

This will erase the entire drive.

Caution: Make sure that you have everything ready to reinstall your operating system. you will not be able to boot into an operating system from this point. You will also have to reboot your computer and go back into the bios to set the computer to boot from the windows CD. Make sure that you back everything up before you do this as it will all be gone. Photos, music, game files, important documents. Internet favorites.

Hope this helps.

Start installing fresh from the Windows CD. When the partition table comes up, delete all the partitions, recreate, and format them. You will end up erasing your hard drive and a fresh installation of Windows !

I had s'thing similar, but I fixed it by just creating a rule in my AV/Firewall (AVG) not to let it connect. If that doesn't work try Googling it 'cos s'where there will be a piece of software to kill them.
