Is there a grant available for low income earners with 5 children to obtain a people mover/van?

currently living in tassie low income earners having trouble getting about with 5 children. Wanting to find out if there is some sort of assistance to help us get mobile. Currently we have a station wagon which doesnt fit our family.We cannot go anywhere as a family and evrytime we leave the house someone has to stay behind.please help us...!!!!!!!!!

Well didn't you know when you had kids that you have to take them with you. If you cant afford to take care of them..DONT HAVE THEM
