As long as both people are consenting adults, and the attraction is there, no...Age does not matter. At least it shouldn't matter. Unfortunately, some people have some serious hang-ups about age; they just can't seem to get past it. I wish it wasn't that way, because if it wasn't, I wouldn't be sitting here answering this question right now. I'd be enjoying a romantic interlude with a very HOT guy, 19 years younger than me! ;-)

U have stated it well. Given both are adults and can think for themselves the pros and cons of their togetherness, age does not matter. But once u have decided u have to stick to it and not be fickle. U cant keep changin ur mind since another's life is involved in this.
Cheers!

Age does matter if it's under 10 years difference. More than that would be difficult, since peoples' wants and needs change

I think it can work with an age difference. But, I prefer to be with someone that remembers the same things I do at the same age. It's fun to talk about current events of our childhood. The same toys, TV shows, etc. But, I know people with an age difference that are doing fine.

It depends on the life experiences of the people involved. I know some 20 year olds that have experienced more life than some 40 year olds I know. If they share the same interests, and have the same values, it doesn't matter.

Not at all. My best friend in the world is 16 years older than I am. Another friend of mine is over 20 years older than I am. My wife is older than I am but not by much.
The girl before my wife was almost 20 years older than me. We were very much in love and couldn't care less about the age difference. We were to be married but just a couple months before the date, she was killed in a car accident. Tragic at the time, still is really, but it brought me to the angel I'm married to today.

To a certain extent. I used to think I could never date anyone my brother's age (he's 4 yrs younger than me). My fiance is 7 yrs younger than me. The reason I'm cool with it is because he is so mature and responsible. The fact that he treats me so well is a huge bonus. I would never even consider dating anyone near my father's age. That just seems gross!

As long as they are adults I suppose it's okay. I don't know what a 50 year old guy would have in common with most 20 year old ladies though, but hey, It's still okay with me.
