that sounds like a linear equation to me!

You really need to do some STUDYING!! Rather than just posting all the questions here. When a test comes, you won't know what the hell a linear equation even is or means!!

Since we can write it in the standard form, Ax + By = C,
x+(-2)y=3
then we have a linear equation.
