burn and or delete all music and video files, empty recycle bin.
go to all programs, accessories, system tools, disc clean up and get rid of junk there.

I assume you mean you hard drive is running out of space.
Remove any programs that you no longer use or need.
If you have a lot of music, videos or photos, download them all on to an external hard drive, then delete them from the computer hard drive.
Run disc cleaner and defragmentation.

Add a new external hard drive..or delete unnecessary programs from start---settings--control panel--addremove programs
delete cookies and offline files from open internet explorer---click o tools--click on options and click on delete files and offline content
click on start click on run type %temp% and click on ok delete all files from this folder.
Click on start and click on programs--click on accessories--clickon system tools and click on disk clean up this would give you a list of programs on the computer put a check mark on all the programs you want to delete and click on ok...

Try cleaning up some unnecessary files using CCleaner. You can download it from www.download.com or via Google. Also, uninstalling programs that you no longer needed can make up space too.

Hi. Take a look at your programs that you no longer need and delete them. Use a scanner program to find and delete programs that take up RAM and CPU capacity. One program I use is WindowsCare. http://www.iobit.com/advancedwindowscareper.html You may like it.
