you're thinking of the lame Pogues rip off band Flogging Molly. they really suck. liking them is like saying that oasis are better than the beatles. another good irish/punk band you might dig, who are way better than the floggy molly are the tossers. they are from chicago's irish south side and have toured with pogues whistle player spider stacey. they are awesome.
