Any rule that states a "Zero Tolerance" Policy should be abolished.

If the school's administrators lack the intelligence to apply rules fairly and intelligently, tempering justice with mercy where it is needed, they they should be replaced with people with good sense.

Zero Tolerance is stupidity and can only bring infamy and derision when stupidly implemented.

Perhaps people should think about why the rules are in place, before campaigning to abolish them.
