Well, that first answer was certainly helpful!
I've researched dreams for years, & believe me, there is no book that will assist in "dream interpretation."
There are generalizations, i.e., meaning of symbols, metaphors, environments & so on that are NOT universal, & cannot even apply with consistency in an individuals various dreams.
There are also many conflicting theories about the "meaning" of dreams.
I'm certain someone will give you a link to a website, & if you want to have "fun," then do so. However, dreams are incredibly complex, & unique to the DREAMER. For example, the symbol of water may have a different meaning for you than it does for me, & even then, the symbol can only be explored in the context of the dream, & "shifts" in meaning. One can be guided to self exploration of dreams by questions that lead the dreamer to associations, emotions; a journey that is fascinating. The "guide" should never, ever lead or project, or speculate. Those who claim to interpret dreams are in the category of fortune tellers.
Physiology can never ever enter the multi-dimensions of dreams. If you just want to have fun, then whatever. If you want to get into the depth of your own dreams, that's quite another thing.

Although there are sometimes common associations in people's dreams within the same culture and shared experience, books that give prescribed interpretations of dream symbolism are generally useless. Only you can interpret your own dreams. First think of the mood then your first associations with the elements in the dream. Dreams can be anything from a filing system in progress, to messages to yourself you would prefer to avoid. Whatever - I've found them useful all my life, especially recurring ones. I've even dreamed solutions to business problems, plays, short stories, and novels, one thing leading to another. Just relax and let your mind "follow the track". But a psychologist or psychiatrist can help, without giving you pat interpretations.

Dreams are the result of neurotransmitters in your brain. The interpretation is about your diet. Dreams have no meaning independent of your physiology. If you want different dreams, eat different foods.
