TERMINATOR
Alien can be destroyed easily, though not by humans, which is by fire and getting torn apart, which predator or terminator could do, so, between predator and terminator, i would say terminator. When terminator got shot in the head, there was a big hole, but the hole healed itself up/ morphed to normal and it would be hard to kill something that morphs back when injured, though that lady bot did some good damage,i still would say terminator. predator is living and will eventually succumb to it's wounds or eventually be killed. Robots can be destroyed, but not as easily as a living thing with flesh and bone.

The Predators used to hunt the Aliens as seen in "Alien vs. Predator", so they would win out between those two (unless they were overrun but I'm assuming you meant one of each).
Arnold already defeated the Predator as a normal human in "Predator" so converting him into a cyborg would only make it easier for him using the same tactics.

If it's one of each - the Predator...advanced weapons used from a distance trumps the others
If, however, an Alien colony was involved - I'm thinking the Aliens - can you imagine if they impregnated a Predator what kind of bad Alien would burst from that chest?? That one wins.

Predator would, his shoulder cannon/gun is capable of shooting through metal like it's butter and his armor is capable of withstanding human guns to a degree. Schwartzenager and Glover each had to unload on a Predator so much to injure it. Aliens are only really competitive in groups. That's why they release so many to hunt at the same time... unless it's a Queen but even then, if the Predator has all of its weapons...
