I have gone to one of there meetings where i live and i thought it was a waste of time. i looked up there site and there hotel in las vegas nevada it looks wonderful, does anyone have any info about this place, has anyone stayed there is it worth it to go to one of there meetings, the meeting i went to was about some time share they were trying to get 2000 dollars out of me. please i really want to know more about this thing thanks.

Tahiti Village is a time share place and you will be forced to set through a lot of high pressure sales pitches. It's nowhere near the strip and the free show tix they offer are for some really crappy shows. Everyone has their own opinion but, IMHO: 1. timeshares are poor investments unless bought used at a deep discount 2. nothing is worth sitting throught high pressure sales 3. there are enough cheap hotel deals here in Vegas that you don't need to put up with this foolishness.

It is indeed a timeshare property. If you don't mind sitting through about 90 minutes of high pressure selling, then I would go for it. The property looks very beautiful and clean. I haven't stayed there, but I have passed it. I did a timeshare not to long ago, and I let them do their thing, but I know that I am not interested in buying it. If you can stand the high pressure selling, take the deal, but I would try to get more than free dinner and comedy tickets out of them. Take a look at tripadvisor.com for some real reviews.

Strongly disagree with those saying stay on Strip & near center. Buses cheap + not like you aren't going to spend a lot of time walking between each resort anyway. Downtown is cheap + has nice places like Golden Nugget & the California. The Deuce b(covers Downtown+entire Strip) us is $7 for a whole 24 hrs. You can be saving $50 or more a day staying Downtown or Sams Town or the like. Covers the transport easily. How long are you going to be on hotel room? Not much. There is action all over time so this "center" concept is meaningless.

It is a timeshare and it is really not near anything in Vegas. To get there you get on the strip and drive south. And keep going. And keep going more. It's not a great property. They must have a great photographer.
