Nothing. I just get up, get dressed go to the gym, come home take a shower then leave for work by 7 am because it takes a 1/2 hr to get there. I don't really like sleeping because my wife snores.

Oh..My Back..My Neck...My Neck and my Back!!! and when I stand up...Oh , my Leg. I Hate mornings......that's why I work 3rd shift. That way I have a couple of hours to get up and moving.

Then I set my alarm for ten minutes later...
Then the second time it rings, I tell myself, "Well, gotta get up for this one... get up and get this day started... the sooner it starts, the sooner it's over."
I'm not a morning person.

depending on if i wake up on my own or if the kids start jumping on me and saying wake up sleepyhead. if i wake up own my own it's must keep my eyes open before i fall back asleep and what time is it? if the kids wake up it's something like hey monkey girl and ducky boy or i am awake.
