Imagine that I can, well tell me, what do I visualize first in order to bring down the temperature as its very hot here right now.
Imagining rain in a heatwave seems to create humidity and lightning.. tell me exactly how cool weather HAPPENS. I would be very intrigued to know.

This is a serious hypothetical question, not for stupids who can't read. (ie: READ my question)

hardy har. yeah right. Theres already someone who can do this in Montana and he has been making 10k for every storm he's produced with his mind, and he was on the FRONT cover of the LA TIMES AND I still have the article. anyway this has been done as well as collective mind experiments on the coast to coast AM radio show, with GREAT success, the three fire ridden states that needed rain received so much rain, overnight, there were floods, well thats their fault they didnt need that many people. Some people affect the weather totally unconsciously because they don't know how strong their gift is, but if they are paying attention, they know. Someone told me to visualize and face the jet stream, which sounds like a good idea.. it does face North. Also where do you think that all lightning and some rain, and wild winds were all about on Aug. 30th, 2007 at 330am. Please detail the answers though. There is no "weather student" topic and somewhere over mountains, is not a clear answer.

By the time I saw Xmen, I thought "Oh that person does what I do". It wasn't the other way around!

Its not "complicated" to create simple rain or dissipate a cloud. It is complicated, or harder to create cool weather during a heatwave, which is why I asked. Things only seem "complicated" to people who don't research and don't bother trying. To the natives of the old days, everything we do now and know now would appear to be trickery, "witchery" or something to be disbelieved or feared. Lets not make the mistake THEY did...

Cirric - good observation. I don't know if I can simulate smoke, but Id hate to see the consequences of that. Perhaps visualizing a fabric of some thickness or density so that it can be formed around?
