I prefer the spelling, Chiara, because it gives the name meaning: in Italian it means light and it is beautiful and unusual.
Sasha is nice, but in Russian it's a boys' name -- maybe that isn't important.
Mollie is very cute.
Destiny is alright - it was popular a few decades ago and feel old, like Tiffany.
I don't know what Shayden is: a shay is a carriage so it's like naming your daughter "wagon".

I like Kiara alot its playfull!
sasha whenever i hear that now i think of Sasha Cohen the guy from Borat...
and Mollie isnt uncommon and Destiny is very out there...
and Shayden sounds like a boys name to me. u could use that in place of Jayden since it sounds like it and call him Shay for short...?
