I think that if you learn from a better person you yourself will become a better person because you will have been taught nice and good things. Your grammar is fine, **** those you think that it is not, you are wise and that is all that matters.

(Yes, the grammar is not important to me if I can understand your question, which I can.)
This question is more complex than it would seem. Obviously you can learn more from a better person if you are open to learning and what they are teaching. The old saying "experience is the best teacher" is not always true. But, I do think you can learn from people who are not necessarily better than you are in many cases, as experience is a very good teacher sometimes. The important part here is how you learn from it all and improve yourself.
I am very leery of people who try to claim they are "better" people. They are usually just trying to exploit you or control you for the wrong reasons. I noticed that you seem to be interested in Taoist teachings, so probably you would benefit most from being open to all kinds of experience and "letting it go" without having preconceived notions. You just have to trust yourself to make the right decisions about your relationships when you find that some people are causing you harm or you are not benefiting from your association with them in a mental or spiritual way.

It' not learning from a better person that makes you a better person, it's the learning that makes you a better, more rounded individual. There is no such thing as learning from a better person and learning even the smallest of information increases your knowledge. I try to learn at least one new thing each day. I taught my children to do the same. Each night we sit down and share something new we learned. Even if it's a silly elementary school rhyme or Billy doesn't like blue this week, it's knowledge. Whether I'll ever use it or not is not important. I learned something and exercised my brain...making me "a better person". And don't cut yourself short. If I can learn Billy's favorite color isn't blue you can learn one new grammar concept each day if necessary. Just because I can understand you doesn't mean there isn't room for growth in all aspects of your life.

False--the answer is too dependent on too many different factors.
Just because you are learning from a better person than you doesn't automatically make you better yourself. It depends on how good the teacher is at teaching. This can be applied to as many things as learning spiritually or taking singing lessons.
If you read the book, "Conversations with God," you'll learn pretty fast that the author, Neale Donald Walsch, isn't exactly a saint. However, his books have inspired millions of people and changed lives all over the world. He might not be the best example of what he's trying to teach, but he's the best at TEACHING it. Many others have tried to convey the same message as him, but to no avail. He's only one example.
I'm a singer, and I've had three voice teachers in the past. The first voice teacher I had was an AMAZING singer, however, I learned absolutely nothing from him because he was a bad teacher. The second voice teacher didn't know how to sing very well herself, but she was a great teacher. Finally, I settled on my current voice teacher--an excellent singer and excellent teacher.
That is what you need to find--someone who's good at teaching and good at what they teach. If they're good but a bad teacher, what can you learn? Also, if they're a good teacher but bad at what they're teaching, how can you trust them to know what they're talking about? You need to find a happy medium with someone who is good at both.

Not Always. But you are always the best person you can learn from. Learning from yourself makes you a better person more than learning from a better person.
There are always people in the audience that could get distracted by wrong spelling or grammar, and sadly the message gets lost. If the purpose were to convey the information, running the spell checker and maintaining avg. grammar would have more impact.

I get what you are saying. You are wanting independence from intellecutal constraints. But, the problem with not learning proper grammar, or atleast not learning enough to know you need to use periods, commas and questions marks, is that people will NOT take you seriously.
You will fill out job applications and the person going over it will say to themselves..."This guy didn't use a single period!" It will irritate them, and make them believe you didn't even give a crap. AND WASTED THEIR TIME!
Learning what you need to learn to take care of yourself and not be seen as an idiot is what makes you a viable person worthy of leading a life. And before learning from other better people, comes learning on you own....
Good Luck!

it is not learning from a better person that makes u better but the fact that u are able to learn GOOD things , thoughts and ways of life from anything and anyone , although not matter what u learn if u never put into practice anything that u learned then in fact u are not only not better but u are actually worst , is not what u learn but what u DO u know ??? . u can learn from someone who is worst than u , who is better than u , it really doesn't matter as far as u are able to learn and to actually put into practice the good things that u learned and that its exactly what makes u a better person .

There is no "better person"...
There is only your brain and the universe.. The universe IS you. You ARE the universe..... and so is everyone else.
As many have said before:
"the wise man learns from even the foolish... while the foolish learn nothing, even from the wise".

by better you meant more rounded? better educated? etc? depends on what you learned and/or whether they apply to you.
knowledge can either make you a better person (than what you already are) or the opposite.
being intellectual alone (that includes being gramatically correct all the time)does not necessarily make a person better than others.
