Is e-mailing the same as talking to someone? cuz there is this guy I'm not supposed to technically be talking to, but I can't help it. We have history and we r just friends. I never talk to him in person or on the phone cuz it'll cause problems with ppl I love, but I miss him.

he's my ex and he's more than 4 yrs. older than me. And my ex is over jealous cuz I cheated on him 2 yrs. ago, bur I have't seen the guy in thaty long and I'm not trying to get with him or anyhting just be friends cuz he hangs out with some old friends and i moved away so I like to get in on what's going on around there. He was my first love, but I'm not in love with him and we never slept together. By the way, I didn't cheat by sleeping with someone, just kissing and stuff.

you still shouldn't talk to. when someone says "don't talk to ______" they mean NO COMMUNICATION!!
And email is a form of talking. not the kind of talking with voices. but communication. there must be a good reason you shouldn't talk to him. I'd try to stay away from him. be careful!!
