i cant play my videos from my cell phone?

when i transfer my videos from my tmobile dash to my computer i am not able to play them. i can view still photos when i transfer from my dash to my computer. i cant play them on windows media player, real player or quick time. any one have any ideas how i can get these to play on my computer?

Did you have to do a video conversion to play them on your phone? If you did then you would have to convert them back to the original format. You can do a search on the internet and try to find a free converter. Hope this helps.
