For me, it would be Mark Twain or Abe Lincoln. Twain wasn't just a writer of children's books. He wrote some of the wittiest things I've ever read. And Lincoln, I'm not sure why he came to mind. I think he did know how to relax, but he could have used a really good break from time to time. I think he would have enjoyed it and I don't think he would have overdone it. Twain might have got caught up in it tho. lol

the "person in history" I might select would be someone that I might believe to benefit from being released from a self imposed rigidity and restrictive point of view.
[before others object, I did say "benefit"]
Of those figures that I admire, I don't know that copping a buzz would make any difference.

Like others said, I don't think that's how I would like to spend time with them. But to answer your question I would say Marylin Monroe maybe, or the Pharaohs wife from the Egyptian days. Strange, I know. I would need more time to truly think about it.
