Being a hard working single mom I rarely get the luxury of an expensive vacation so any kind of vacation is a blessing to me ... even a weekend exploring California where we live with my great kid is a wonderful time. We're soon on our way to Hearst Castle and Solvang.
However, if I had a choice it would be on a cruise ship on an Alaskan adventure (this is one of my dreams) or one of the cruises that sails to all the beautiful tropical areas like St. James, etc ...
Another dream vacation would be to hop in my truck with my kid and drive completely across the U.S. just discovering our own country and meeting great people along the way ... and having no time line to return home. That would be the coolest trip of all I think! =)
