A tune-up to be sure it is running properly. A clean air filter and oil change. A few more pounds of air in the tires. Driving habits make a difference. Accelerate slowly, coast more before coming to a stop. Don't set and idle for more than five minutes. Don't run the air-conditioner unless it is really hot outside.

Synthetic oil in engine, transmission and diff will get you about 4 -7% improvement, driving habits make the biggest difference.
