They all have the same haircut,shaved up in the back and long on the sides with 2 or 3 colors in it. Then they have jeans that are cuffed up to the middle of their shins. They all wear black flip flops and have red toe nail polish with a toe ring and a white flower on their big toe. Does every young woman in the U.S. dress like this because it is the style right now,or only here in Idaho?

that's intersesting.
it might infact, be the part of idaho, cause i live here in boise idaho and i am 13 and i ONLY once in AWHILE see girls dressed like that.
but i don't know about the red nail polish with the flower on the bigg toe..only cause i dont pay attention to their feet but besides that...

That shaved hair thing ...was in style where i am when i was like 13 and im 23 now so that sounds weird to me and red nails and toes nope never...black flip flops are pretty common.

Helloooo!!!! Have she ever looked at a highschool yearbook from the 70's??? The girls always look the same. So do the boys. You dont really notice it at the time, but when these phases have passed, you tend to notice it. Its not a big deal. Sorry, but she really needs to get something else to worry about.
EDIT: The hairstyle is called a bob. like the one Rihanna has. Its the 3rd one down.

hmm, yep, no, i don't know anyone here in cali that dresses that way. that wouldn't be too bad, though. i hate the preppy hollister/abercrombie stuff. i'd rather deal with that then preppy
