On the contrary, it does make sense. You think American that's why you can understand a Chechen and muslim. But try to think muslim and Chechen - and you would see their behaviour is logical and well-grounded. By the way, their friends are sure 1) Tsarnaevs did not commit it, it's just the FBI organized this attack. 2) it's bloody FBI agents and all other Americans made them commit the attack. American human rights activists supported them and said that poor people in Chechya were suffering from those terrible Russians. Frankly speaking, the Russian 'oppression' was (and is) identical to the American attitude towards them. I mean, Russians oppressed them as little as Americans. But those islamists bombed and attacked people in Russia and now their scope is increasing. The only crazy thing about them is that they allowed FBI agents to catch them. To have been caught is really insane. Probably, that's the reason for the "Even the radical Islamic Chechen rebels" to disapprove of them. Criminals are prone to lying.

This may come as a surprise, but different police officers work in different departments. The homicide cops work murders and attempted murders, and the narcotics cops work drug charges, and the VICE cops work pulbic lewdness cases, including prostitution and attempts to get sex in public restrooms.

Don't try to imply that these police officers were doing anything other than their everyday duty, or that they'd be unable to respond to an emergency. The response time in Minneapolis was solid when the bridge collapsed.

William L is right. I doubt the terrorists would attack a sanctuary city like Minneapolis. Considering it has the highest Somalian population in the US, and 90% of Somalians are muslim!

Septembersong...all Minnesotans are Lutherans? Most of my family is Catholic, and like I stated above, we have a very large Somalian Muslim population here. I think 2nd largest muslim population in the country. Tuna hotdish is damn good though and I am a Lutheran!

All of the cops will probably be at the Airport, that way you know you will be able to go to the mens room and not have to worry about getting arrested because you know where they will be, happy schlopping to you.
