This guy is well known and probably the biggest breeder of alligator snappers in the country.

I've never heard of anyone having these guys as pets. They are very mean, worse than regular snapping turtles.

And just why do you want one.? Let them be free. Some kind of ego trip for you? I live in Florida too.

i have one he's like 20 pounds..and they really dont sell them due to the fact they can take ur hand off but i found my flopping across the street in nj..they will eat anythign such as abbits and rats
